Refunds and Returns Policy

At Danmax Concepts, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, this policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be processed.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our printed products, we only accept returns and refunds in the following cases:
- The product received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product received does not match the specifications of the order (e.g., incorrect design, size, or material).
- The print quality is substantially different from what was agreed upon.
Custom-printed products cannot be returned or refunded if the issue is due to customer errors, such as:
- Incorrect design, text, or image provided by the customer.
- Slight color variations due to different screen displays.
- Customer’s change of mind after order production has started.
2. Return Process
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us – Email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order with your order details and a description of the issue. Attach clear photos of the defective or incorrect product.
- Review Process – Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
- Return Authorization – If approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item (if required).
- Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund or Replacement – Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will either:
- Issue a replacement (if applicable).
- Process a refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized products that meet the agreed specifications.
- Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling by the customer.
- Orders that have exceeded the 3-day return request window after delivery.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
- If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
